Writes a 64-bit integer (Qword) to the specified address in Cheat Engine's own process memory (not the target process). Returns true on success.
Function Parameters

| Value | Integer | The 64-bit integer value to write. |
Returns
Boolean — true if the write was successful, false otherwise.
