Speedhack
The speedhack of cheat engine replaces some commonly used functions in games to keep the speed constant with it's own routine that goes faster or slower.
Speedhack has just one parameter: Speed. It let's you pick the speed with a slider, OR you can type in the speed you want yourself and then you must click apply.
