command cmovs destination, source

cmovs is CMOVcc instruction, The cmovs (conditional move if sign) check the state of SF, if SF=1 then condition satisfied and the cmovs will be executed. Otherwise it will be skipped, and the execution will continues with the instruction following it. cmovs is used for signed integers.
