command cmovo destination, source
cmovo is CMOVcc instruction, The cmovo (conditional move if overflow) check the state of OF, if OF=1 then condition satisfied and the cmovo will be executed. Otherwise it will be skipped, and the execution will continues with the instruction following it. cmovo is used for signed integers.
