command cmovns destination, source

cmovns is CMOVcc instruction, The cmovns (conditional move if not sign) check the state of SF, if SF=0 then condition satisfied and the cmovns will be executed. Otherwise it will be skipped, and the execution will continues with the instruction following it. cmovns is used for signed integers.
