command cmovng destination, source

cmovng is CMOVcc instruction, The cmovng (conditional move if not greater) check the state of ZF, SF AND OF, if ZF=1 OR SF<>OF then condition satisfied and the cmovng will be executed. Otherwise it will be skipped, and the execution will continues with the instruction following it. cmovng is used for signed integers.
