command cmovc destination, source

cmovc is CMOVcc instruction, The cmovc (conditional move if carry) check the state of CF, if CF=1 then condition satisfied and the cmovc will be executed. Otherwise it will be skipped, and the execution will continues with the instruction following it. cmovc is used for unsigned integers.
