command cmovno destination, source
cmovno is CMOVcc instruction, The cmovno (conditional move if not overflow) check the state of OF, if OF=0 then condition satisfied and the cmovno will be executed. Otherwise it will be skipped, and the execution will continues with the instruction following it. cmovno is used for signed integers.
