I've looked around and there really aren't any decent ones. Most are half-assed tutorials, only dealing with the most obvious of things, while others are above and beyond, nearly impossible to understand without decent knowledge already.
So it's really up to you to find a tutorial that suits you. I'm IT student so I've got my course as a "tutorial", but it's Dutch-y, so you can't quite use it :/.
